The internal spline bushing solves a very practical problem: when it is inconvenient to broach an internal spline directly on the driven component, or when a small amount of axial adjustment is needed between the shaft and the bore, a standalone internal spline bushing can securely connect the external spline shaft to a smooth-bore part-easy to assemble and easy to disassemble later. Our Internal spline bushings are most widely used in gearbox shift mechanisms, agricultural machinery drives, conveying equipment, and hydraulic motors, relying on precision and consistency.
The internal spline is its vital point. We use high-precision broaching or slow-feeding wire EDM to produce it, with tooth profiles conforming to DIN 5480, ISO 4156, and ANSI B92.1 standards. Tooth side precision reaches 6H/7H, and concentricity between the internal spline and outer diameter is controlled within Φ0.02mm. Power is transmitted without misalignment and without excessive radial runout, so the entire drive chain rotates smoothly. Modules from M0.5 to M10 can be produced, and length can be designed to your space requirements. For materials, high-torque static connections use 40Cr or 42CrMo quenched and tempered steel; applications requiring axial sliding use bearing steel GCr15 or carburizing steel 20CrMnTi, with tooth surfaces quenched to HRC 58–62 for wear and impact resistance. Beyond standard versions, the Internal spline bushing can also feature a flange edge for positioning, a keyway for anti-rotation, and guide chamfers-whatever facilitates your assembly. Our factory was established in 2009, starting in automotive parts in Yuhuan. Turning, milling, grinding, and heat treatment are all in-house. Internal spline bushing sampling generally takes 15–20 working days, faster for simple processes. Small batches are accepted too-try the fit first, and if assembly goes smoothly, we can talk volume.

Factory Strength
Established in 2009, located in the Yuhuan automotive parts manufacturing base in Taizhou. The plant covers over 5,000 square meters with more than 60 employees and over 100 precision CNC machines plus 2 forging lines. Turning, milling, grinding, heat treatment, and surface treatment are all completed in-house. Small batches to large production runs can be scheduled, with monthly capacity ranging from 10,000 to 150,000 pieces depending on product complexity. Equipment is sufficient, and rush orders can be accommodated with overtime.
Customization Capability
Customization from drawings and reverse engineering from samples are supported, with no strict MOQ. Tooth count, module, length, flange edge, keyway, guide chamfers, etc., can all be adjusted per drawing. Custom samples take 15–20 working days, appropriately longer for complex processes. A small sample fee is charged, fully deductible against bulk orders.
