Precision Driveshaft Flange

The driveshaft flange is the most underrated link in an entire driveshaft. Many people put effort into selecting the shaft and universal joints, only to end up with a flange face that is not machined flat-once at high speed, vibration and noise appear, and everything gets blamed on the shaft yoke. When we make a Precision driveshaft flange, we first treat the flange as the "vital point of the shaft": flat face, accurate hole positions, low runout. It fits perfectly once installed-we let the data speak, not empty words.

We mainly use 42CrMo and 20CrMnTi. After quenching and tempering, hardness reaches HRC 30–35, balancing strength and toughness. Wear-prone mating surfaces receive additional surface treatment. Flange face runout is controlled within 0.02mm, bolt hole pitch circle diameter (PCD) position accuracy within 0.05mm, and mating surface roughness below Ra1.6μm. Once installed, force is distributed evenly-no additional bending moment from single-point loading-and it remains stable at high speeds. We have long supplied Precision driveshaft flanges for agricultural machinery driveshafts, truck driveshafts, and construction machinery; industrial drives and marine applications are also accepted. Flanges from tens of millimeters to 400–500mm can be made, and we accept single pieces, small batches, and large volumes with no strict MOQ threshold. Every Precision driveshaft flange undergoes full inspection before shipping-face, hole positions, and runout are measured one by one, and critical parts can additionally be dynamically balanced to G2.5. We have supplied parts to Volvo and Ford, exported to Europe and America for many years, and the IATF 16949 system has been running continuously. Send us drawings or samples-sampling usually takes 15–20 working days, faster for simple processes. Small-batch trial orders are welcome; once quality passes, repeat orders naturally follow.

Full-process management under IATF 16949: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, and 100% final inspection before shipment. Flange face, bore diameter, and position accuracy are rechecked on a CMM; critical parts undergo dynamic balance testing. Third-party inspection is accepted, and inspection records accompany the goods.

Parts are sleeved in PE mesh bags and placed in plywood wooden boxes with VCI vapor-phase rust inhibitor strips. Shipping marks, product name, quantity, and other customs clearance information are labeled externally. All packaging is export-reinforced. If damage occurs during transit, the customer provides photos/videos within 3 working days; we verify immediately. If it is our responsibility, we offer free replacement or partial refund. For logistics damage, we fully assist in filing claims with the freight forwarder.

Standard: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. EXW and FOB trade terms supported. Payments accepted in USD, EUR, and CNY. The larger the order quantity, the more favorable the unit price-tiered pricing by volume.
