High Precision for a "Simple" Part
Even for components that appear simple, we maintain strict precision standards. Inner and outer diameter tolerances can be controlled to H7/g6 levels based on your fit requirements. Cylindricity is maintained within 0.01 mm.
If oil grooves or locating holes are required, we machine them with high accuracy, following standards such as ISO 3548 for groove and hole positioning. We can also machine locking screw holes to ensure secure installation.
Wall thickness uniformity is controlled within 0.05 mm to ensure even load distribution.
Surface Finish and Pre-Lubrication for Better Performance
We offer various surface treatments to enhance performance. Phosphating or tin plating can improve running-in characteristics, while hard chrome plating increases wear and corrosion resistance.
If required, we can also provide pre-lubrication using specific greases or solid lubricants.
