High-Pressure Casting for Complex Thin Walls
We work with Aluminum alloy parts processing such as ADC12 and A380, which flow easily and provide good strength. Injection pressures exceed 50 MPa, allowing us to produce walls as thin as 1 mm. Our molds feature temperature control and vacuum systems to reduce air bubbles and ensure dense, solid parts. After casting, we trim the parts, remove gates, and perform aging treatment to stabilize the material and prevent warping over time.

CNC Finishing for Critical Features
Although die-cast aluminum parts are highly consistent, some areas require tighter tolerances. We perform CNC machining using special fast clamps. Mounting faces are milled flat for sealing, bearing holes are bored to H7 tolerance, and high-quality threads are cut. We also machine surfaces for welding or electrical contact. Our service includes full quality inspections, and we respond to inquiries within 24 hours. The result is a lightweight, strong, and cost-effective part.
