We use the lost-wax investment casting process, which provides high detail and a smooth surface finish. This allows us to produce complex components such as impellers, turbine parts, and medical instruments. The casting is so precise that only a few critical areas require machining. Near-Net Shape Casting for Complex Details
We start with a wax model that replicates every design detail, which is then coated with ceramic to create the mold. After removing the wax, we pour in high-quality steels such as stainless steel CF8M, 17-4PH, or high-alloy steels. The resulting casting has an exceptionally smooth surface finish, down to Ra 3.2 μm, and maintains high dimensional accuracy within ±0.13 mm per 25 mm (CT4 to CT6 grade). Post-casting solution treatment and aging maximize the material's strength and toughness.

Micro-Level Finishing for Critical Surfaces
Because the casting is highly accurate, precision steel casting is minimal, focused only on critical features. This includes grinding sealing faces, boring bearing holes, and drilling dowel pin holes, performed with very light cuts to preserve accuracy.
