The Foundation for Stable, Wear-Resistant Machines
We manufacture CNC machining of cast iron parts for applications that require stability and strength. Cast iron is excellent for absorbing vibration, resisting wear, and offering cost efficiency. We work with gray iron, ductile iron, and compacted graphite iron, producing components such as machine bases, engine blocks, hydraulic valve blocks, and pump bodies. Our factory is equipped with large machining centers to handle these parts, and we have been producing custom metal components since 2009.
The Right Iron for the Right Job
We select the cast iron type based on application requirements:
Gray iron (HT250, HT300): Ideal for machine bodies. It machines well and absorbs vibration efficiently.
Ductile iron (QT450-10, QT600-3): Offers strength comparable to steel, suitable for parts exposed to shocks.
Compacted graphite iron (RuT300): Designed for high-heat applications, such as cylinder heads.
All parts undergo aging treatment, performed both before and after rough machining, to relieve internal stress and ensure long-term straightness and stability.

Precision Machining for Large Features
CNC machining of cast iron parts is performed on large gantry machining centers or horizontal machining centers. We achieve high straightness, cutting large guideways to 0.01 mm per meter, and create T-slots for fixtures. Multiple mounting holes are drilled, and valve holes in hydraulic blocks are bored to a smooth Ra 0.4 μm finish to prevent leaks. Every part is checked with a CMM machine to ensure precision.
