Our extended fastening bolts are designed for special applications. They are longer than standard bolts, making them suitable for passing through thick parts or securing deep assemblies. You will commonly see them used in bridges, heavy machinery, and wind towers. Since 2009, we have been producing custom parts, giving us the experience to get these bolts exactly right. The key is ensuring sufficient length for a secure hold. We use high-strength steel to ensure the bolts do not break under load.
Custom Lengths & High-Strength Materials
We manufacture extended fastening bolts according to your drawings, with lengths ranging from a few hundred millimeters up to over one meter. Materials include high-strength alloy steels such as 40Cr, 35CrMo, and 42CrMo, meeting grades 8.8 to 10.9 under the ISO 898-1 standard. For very long bolts, we carefully control straightness and, if necessary, use welding to join parts, ensuring consistent strength along the entire bolt.

Dacromet Coating for Long Life
We apply Dacromet coating to our extended fastening bolts, providing excellent corrosion protection for outdoor use. Unlike some coatings, Dacromet carries no risk of hydrogen embrittlement, which is crucial for high-strength steel bolts. The coating can withstand over 500 hours in salt spray tests and tolerate temperatures up to 300°C. The coating is applied evenly, including on threads. We can also supply matching nuts and washers with the same coating. Full test reports are provided for your records, and any inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
