The casting process produces a smooth surface finish of Ra 6.3 μm and maintains tight tolerances of CT6 to CT7, allowing us to cast complex flow paths and thin walls. After casting, we perform heat treatments, such as normalizing or annealing, to relieve stress and make the metal easier to machine. We also conduct non-destructive testing-including X-ray and magnetic particle inspection-to detect hidden defects.
