For Heavy Loads and Large Parts
Our hot forged fasteners are designed for the toughest applications. The metal is heated until it glows and then shaped using powerful presses. This process strengthens the metal internally and eliminates hidden voids or cracks. It is ideal for producing components such as truck crankshafts, large gearbox parts, and high-pressure valve bodies. Since 2009, we have been manufacturing custom metal parts, giving us the experience to handle heavy-duty components with precision.
Free Forging and Die Forging Options
We offer two types of forging:
Free Forging: Suitable for large, simple parts or small batches. A hammer or press shapes the metal from all sides, producing a solid center.
Die Forging: Ideal for more complex shapes or larger batches. A closed die forms the part to the desired geometry.
Materials include 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, and C45 steel. After forging, we perform heat treatment to achieve uniform hardness and prepare the material for machining.
| Specification | Details |

| Key Steps | Forging → Heat Treatment → Rough Machining → Stress Relief → Finish Machining |
Managing Stress for Long Life
Large forged parts contain significant internal stress, which must be carefully managed. We perform rough machining first, followed by a stress-relief step to allow the part to stabilize. Final machining is then completed using large machining centers and boring mills. This includes machining flat surfaces, boring deep holes, and cutting gears. Our service includes full material and strength reports, and we respond to inquiries within 24 hours. The result is a core component that is strong, reliable, and built to last.
