Aluminum alloy has only one-third the density of steel, good thermal conductivity, easy machinability, and an attractive appearance after surface treatment. It is the material of choice for lightweighting. We make Aluminum alloy CNC machined parts, familiar with all grades from 6061 and 7075 to 5052 and 2024. 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers are all available-complex curved surfaces, deep cavities, and thin walls can all be machined.

 

We use pre-stretched aluminum alloy plates or bars to reduce post-machining distortion. Key dimensional tolerances can reach ±0.02mm, surface roughness below Ra1.6μm, and mirror finish is available if needed. After machining, surface treatments such as anodizing (hard coat, color anodizing), sandblasting, wire drawing, and electroplating can be performed-corrosion-resistant and good-looking. Aluminum alloy CNC machined parts are used in new energy vehicle structural parts, automation equipment frames, communication cavities, heat sinks, and medical device housings. Every batch undergoes full inspection, with key dimensions CMM-sampled, and material reports can be provided. Quality Control

 

Operating under IATF 16949. Key dimensions controlled via SPC for batch consistency. Raw materials with material certificates. In-process inspection, 100% final inspection before shipment, key dimensions CMM-sampled. After surface treatment, appearance inspection and coating thickness testing; anodized parts undergo adhesion and corrosion resistance testing. Third-party inspection supported, records accompany goods.

 

Packaging & Shipping

 

Export plywood wooden boxes. Aluminum parts separated by EPE foam or bubble wrap to prevent bumps and scratches; high-appearance-requirement parts individually sleeved in PE bags. VCI rust inhibitor strips inside boxes. Shipping marks, product name, quantity, gross/net weight labeled externally. All export-reinforced packaging. EXW and FOB supported. If issues during transit, provide photo/video evidence within 3 days; we verify and replace/refund as appropriate. Logistics issues: full assistance in claims with forwarder.
