Product Description
In an air suspension system, the top mount is the key component connecting the air spring to the vehicle body-it must carry the vehicle weight, filter out road vibration and noise, and ensure alignment during suspension movement. A substandard top mount causes suspension noise, body vibration, uneven tire wear, and even affects handling stability. We make Air suspension top mounts to get this connecting component right, bringing out both the comfort and handling of air suspension.
We use aluminum alloy forging or high-strength steel stamping for the main structure, ensuring strength and lightweighting. Rubber buffer parts use natural rubber or polyurethane, firmly bonded to metal parts through vulcanization, with hardness and damping characteristics tailored per operating condition. Metal parts receive surface treatment (Dacromet, e-coating, powder coating) for corrosion and salt spray resistance. Key dimensional tolerance ±0.05mm, mounting hole position accuracy within 0.1mm. Rubber-to-metal bonding strength verified via tensile testing. Integrated bearings, dust boots, limit blocks and other structures available as needed. Every top mount undergoes full dimensional inspection and rubber bonding strength sampling before shipping. Customization Capability
Customization from drawings and samples supported. Main structure (aluminum alloy forging or steel stamping), rubber hardness and damping characteristics, mounting hole positions, integrated structures all adjustable per drawing, no strict MOQ. Rubber materials: natural rubber, polyurethane, nitrile rubber. Metal materials: 6061 aluminum alloy, high-strength steel plate, ductile iron. Integrated plane bearings, dust boots, limit blocks, buffer blocks and other custom structures available. Custom samples typically 15–20 working days, appropriately longer when vulcanization molds are needed. Sample fee deductible against bulk orders.
Quality Control
Operating under IATF 16949. Metal parts: full dimensional inspection and hardness testing. Rubber parts: hardness testing (Shore A/D) and rubber-to-metal bonding strength tensile testing. Critical mounting holes 100% inspected. Salt spray testing, high/low temperature cycle testing, and fatigue life testing available as needed. Third-party inspection per customer specification accepted, reports accompany goods.
