More and more engines are going lightweight these days, and forged aluminum rocker arms are one solution-forged from high-strength aluminum alloy, weighing only one-third of steel yet with strength meeting operating requirements. We use 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy, formed by die forging. Metal flow lines follow the rocker arm contour, with dense internal structure and fatigue resistance far superior to castings. After forging, T6 solution treatment and aging are performed, with tensile strength reaching above 300MPa. Then machining centers precision mill the rocker arm cam face, shaft bore, and valve adjustment screw hole. Key dimensional tolerance ±0.02mm, shaft bore H7 grade precision, cam face roughness below Ra0.8μm. Hard anodizing available for improved cam face wear resistance as needed. Every rocker arm undergoes full dimensional and hardness inspection before shipping, with critical cam faces 100% inspected. Third-party inspection per customer specification accepted, reports accompany goods.
