In a new energy vehicle's battery management system (BMS), the connector is one of the most easily overlooked yet most critical components-it is responsible for transmitting voltage and temperature signals from the battery pack to the BMS mainboard, while also carrying part of the power connection. A poorly contacting connector can cause inaccurate BMS sampling, battery overcharge/over-discharge, or even safety issues. For the metal parts of the connector, we use brass or copper for conductive terminals, with tin or gold plating to ensure low contact resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. The housing is made of aluminum alloy or high-strength engineering plastic-lightweight and insulating. Metal terminals are precision-stamped or CNC-machined. Contact spring elasticity and contact pressure are rigorously designed, with insertion/extraction life reaching thousands of cycles. Critical PIN positions 100% inspected. Salt spray testing and high/low temperature cycle testing available as needed. Third-party inspection per customer specification accepted, reports accompany goods.
