This part looks simple, but actually has high requirements for both rigidity and lightweighting: insufficient rigidity means excessive deflection under load and incomplete disengagement; too heavy increases drivetrain inertia. We use high-strength ductile iron QT450-10 or medium-carbon alloy forged steel 40Cr as the base material-ductile iron offers good damping and cost advantages, forged steel offers high strength and impact resistance. The structure is optimized via finite element analysis: reinforcing ribs added in critical load areas, weight-reduction holes in non-load areas-thick where it needs to be, thin where it can be. Pivot pin holes and bearing contact surfaces are induction-hardened to hardness above HRC50 for wear resistance. Key dimensional tolerance ±0.03mm, pin hole position accuracy within 0.05mm. Clutch throwout forks are used in clutch control systems of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and agricultural machinery, covering from microcars to heavy trucks. Every fork undergoes full dimensional and hardness inspection before shipping, and lever ratio verification and fatigue testing per customer requirement are available.
