Gears use carburizing steel such as 20CrMnTi or 20CrMoH, with teeth carburized and quenched to HRC 58–62-tough core, impact-resistant. The idler gear shaft uses 40Cr or 45# steel, quenched and tempered, with journal surfaces super-finished to below Ra0.4μm for smooth rotation. After assembly, meshing clearance detection and rotation testing ensure flexible rotation with no sticking. Packaging & Shipping

 

Gear tooth surfaces sleeved in PE mesh to prevent bumps; journals coated with rust preventive oil; placed in plywood boxes with VCI rust inhibitor strips; gears separated by dividers to prevent tooth surface collision. Shipping marks, product name, quantity, gross/net weight labeled externally. All export-reinforced packaging. EXW and FOB supported.
