More Power in a Smaller Space
Our internal spline motor shaft features a spline hole machined directly into the motor output shaft. This design eliminates the need for a separate key or an "external spline shaft plus sleeve" configuration.
The benefit is clear: it enables direct and efficient power transmission in compact spaces. This product is ideal for miniature servo motors, stepper motors, drone motors, and precision instruments. It helps your equipment become smaller, lighter, and more power-dense.
Internal Spline: Zero Backlash with High Precision
Machining the internal spline is the core process of this product. We use high-precision CNC gear shaping to ensure that the spline teeth meet DIN 5482, ISO 4156, or ANSI B92.1 standards.
The tooth flank precision is typically controlled to grade 6H or higher. This allows the internal spline to mate with the corresponding external spline (usually 6f/g) with zero backlash or slight preload.
This one-piece structure eliminates the risk of misalignment caused by secondary assembly. The total runout of the entire shaft can be controlled within 0.01 mm.

Material Selection to Match Your Load
We offer a range of material options based on your load requirements. For standard applications, we use medium-carbon steel such as 45# steel with quenching and tempering.
For heavy-duty applications, we use alloy steels such as 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, or 20CrMoH, followed by nitriding or carburizing. This results in high surface hardness (≥HV700) and excellent wear resistance with minimal distortion.
For weight-sensitive applications, we also offer high-strength aluminum alloy such as 7075-T6. Each material undergoes precisely controlled heat treatment to optimize strength and torsional rigidity.
One-Stop Manufacturing: A Ready-to-Use Module
We provide full-process manufacturing. The internal spline motor shaft is produced through bar turning, followed by internal spline machining, bearing journal grinding, and dynamic balancing.
What you receive is more than just a component-it is an optimized, high-precision, plug-and-play power transmission module. It saves installation space, reduces the number of components, and lowers potential failure points.
