Quality Backed by Data and Standards
Material is the foundation of quality. We use high-grade alloy steels such as SCM440 (AISI 4140) and SCM435, known for their strength and toughness. Each shaft undergoes precise heat treatment. The core hardness is strictly controlled at HRC 28–32 to maintain internal toughness.
We then apply surface hardening to key areas such as bearing seats and gear seats. After treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC 50–60, providing excellent wear resistance.
Our production follows standards such as ASTM A29 and JIS G4105. We also provide complete material reports to ensure full traceability and customer confidence.

We also control roundness and cylindricity to within 0.003 mm. This ensures minimal clearance when bearings and couplings are fitted, resulting in more direct and efficient power transmission.
