Product Description
Some parts have complex shapes with internal cavities, flow channels, and reinforcing ribs. Machining them from solid stock is either impossible or prohibitively expensive. Precision casting (investment casting) is designed for such parts-wax patterns replicate every design detail, coated with ceramic slurry and fired into shells, then poured with molten steel to produce near-net-shape blanks requiring only minimal finish machining. We make Precision steel casting parts, specializing in turning complex designs directly into parts-saving material and labor.
Commonly used materials include WCB carbon steel, ZG270-500 low-alloy steel, as well as specialty alloys such as stainless steel CF8M and 17-4PH. Casting surface roughness can reach Ra3.2μm, dimensional tolerance grade CT4–CT6. Complex flow channels, thin walls, and reinforcing ribs can all be cast in one step. After casting, normalizing or annealing is performed to relieve stress, followed by CNC milling of sealing faces and precision boring of bearing bores to H7 grade, with standard pipe threads tapped. Precision steel casting parts are used in pump and valve housings, small gearbox bodies, hydraulic fittings, and food machinery components. Every casting undergoes non-destructive testing-X-ray or magnetic particle inspection screens for shrinkage, porosity, and cracks in critical areas. Third-party inspection per customer specification is also supported. Quality Control
Full-process control under IATF 16949. Raw materials with material certificates. After casting, non-destructive testing: X-ray for internal shrinkage/porosity, magnetic particle or penetrant for surface cracks. In-process inspection during machining, key dimensions on CMM, sealing faces and bearing bores 100% inspected. Final appearance and dimensional inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection per customer specification supported, reports accompany goods.
