The most commonly used equipment in precision machining includes precision CNC lathes, machining centers, precision grinding machines, EDM machines, wire cutting machines, and engraving machines. These machines, with their high precision and stability, are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, medical devices, and semiconductors.

Precision CNC Lathe:

Specialized for machining rotating parts such as shafts and discs, achieving machining accuracy of 0.004–0.01 mm, with some high-end models achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. Suitable for efficient cutting of rotors for new energy motors and components for medical CT equipment.

 

Machining Center:

Includes three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis linkage models, enabling integrated machining of complex curved surfaces and multi-angle holes. Modern high-end models use all-axis linear motor drives, achieving positioning accuracy of less than 1 micrometer, and are widely used in the machining of aircraft blades and robot structural components.

Such as high-precision cylindrical grinders, coordinate boring machines, and gear grinders, used in the final machining stage to improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Wire EDM Machines: Using molybdenum wire for high-precision contour cutting, with a minimum kerf depth of less than 0.1mm. Commonly used for die punches and micro-part machining.
