In a piping system, the connector is the hub connecting different components-the flange end connector connects to piping or equipment via flange on one end, and to hoses or rigid pipes via threading, welding, or ferrule on the other end, achieving conversion between different connection forms. We use 45# steel, 40Cr, stainless steel 304/316, or brass as the base material, selected per medium and pressure. The flange end face is finish-turned, with flatness within 0.01mm and surface roughness below Ra1.6μm. O-ring grooves or metal gasket sealing faces can be machined on the sealing face. Flange bolt hole pitch circle position accuracy within 0.05mm, ensuring smooth bolt installation. The other end can feature external threads, internal threads, welding ends, ferrule ends, quick-connect ends and other connection forms, with thread precision 6H/6g grade. Reducing conversion, angle conversion (90° elbow, 45° elbow), tees, crosses and other special structures available as needed. Flange end connectors are used in hydraulic piping, pneumatic piping, chemical piping, lubrication systems, and high-pressure testing equipment. Every connector undergoes thread go/no-go gauge testing and hydrostatic testing sampling before shipping.
