End Face Seal Flange

In high-pressure piping systems, the end face seal of a flange is the most prone-to-failure link-uneven end face, scratched sealing surface, or uneven bolt preloading can all cause leakage. And once high-pressure medium leaks, it is not only wasteful but can also cause safety accidents. The end face seal flange is designed to solve this problem-through precision-machined sealing end faces and appropriate sealing elements, achieving zero-leakage connections under high pressure. We use 45# steel, 40Cr, stainless steel 304/316, or aluminum alloy as the base material, selected per medium and pressure. The sealing end face is finish-turned or ground, with flatness controlled within 0.01mm and surface roughness below Ra0.8μm; critical sealing faces can reach Ra0.4μm. Flange bolt hole pitch circle position accuracy within 0.05mm, ensuring even bolt preloading. O-ring grooves, metal gasket sealing faces, lens gasket sealing faces and other sealing structures can be machined. Welding necks, threaded ends, quick-connect ends and other connection forms available as needed. End face seal flanges are used in hydraulic piping, pneumatic piping, chemical piping, and high-pressure testing equipment. Every flange undergoes sealing face full inspection and hydrostatic testing sampling before shipping. Bolt hole position accuracy on CMM. Critical sealing faces 100% inspected. Hydrostatic testing (1.5x rated pressure hold) and helium mass spectrometer leak detection available as needed. Third-party inspection per customer specification accepted, reports accompany goods.

Export plywood wooden boxes. Flange sealing faces coated with rust preventive oil and protected with film to prevent scratches; flanges separated by dividers to prevent collision. VCI rust inhibitor strips inside boxes. Shipping marks, product name, quantity, gross/net weight labeled externally. All export-reinforced packaging. EXW and FOB supported.
