We use 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel as the base material. After quenching and tempering, core hardness is HRC 28–32-tough and impact-resistant. Journal surfaces in contact with gears are induction-hardened or nitrided to hardness above HRC55 for wear resistance. Shaft straightness within 0.01mm, journal roundness within 0.003mm, surface roughness below Ra0.4μm, ensuring stable gear rotation with minimal eccentric loading. Shaft ends can feature lubrication grooves, locating holes, weight-reduction holes, etc., customized per drawing.
